Terms of Service for NuVybz

Welcome to NuVybz. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NuVybz mobile application and services (the "Service"). By using NuVybz, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use NuVybz. When you create an account, we ask for your date of birth to confirm your eligibility. If you indicate that you are under 13, we will not create an account for you.

If you are between 13 and 17 years old, your account is set up with privacy-protective defaults (for example, a private profile and limited visibility of your activity). You or your parent or guardian can review these settings in the app.

By using the Service, you confirm that the date of birth you provide is accurate and that you meet these requirements.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activity under your account
• Providing accurate information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User Content

NuVybz allows users to upload and share content, including photos, videos, messages, and live streams.

You retain ownership of your content. However, by posting content, you grant NuVybz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Display
• Distribute
• Reproduce

your content within the Service.

You agree not to post content that is:

• Illegal
• Harassing or abusive
• Hateful or discriminatory
• Sexually explicit or exploitative
• Misleading or fraudulent

We reserve the right to remove content or accounts at our discretion.

4. Community Guidelines

Users must engage respectfully. Harassment, threats, and harmful behavior are not allowed.

NuVybz may enforce community standards through moderation, content removal, or account restrictions.

5. Marketplace (The Market)

NuVybz may allow users to offer services and products.

• Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings
• Users are responsible for reviewing service details before booking
• NuVybz may collect a service fee (e.g., a percentage of deposits)

NuVybz is not responsible for disputes between users and providers, but may assist in resolution.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

a. In-App Purchases

Subscriptions (such as Prime) are processed through Apple or Google in-app purchase systems.

b. Billing

• Payments are billed to your Apple/Google account
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled

c. Refunds

Refunds are subject to Apple or Google policies.

7. Live Streaming

Users who go live must comply with all content and community guidelines.

NuVybz reserves the right to terminate live streams that violate policies.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time within the app.

NuVybz may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the platform.

9. Disclaimers

NuVybz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted service
• error-free operation
• accuracy of user content

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NuVybz is not liable for:

• user-generated content
• interactions between users
• loss of data or revenue
