• Support Hometown Mode

8. Children's Privacy & Minors

NuVybz is not intended for users under 13. During sign-up we collect your date of birth to verify that you are at least 13 years old; if you indicate that you are under 13, we do not create an account and do not knowingly collect data from you. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it.

For users between 13 and 17, we apply additional privacy protections by default, including a private profile and reduced visibility of activity. We use age information solely to provide an age-appropriate experience and to comply with applicable law; we do not sell it or use it for advertising.

NuVybz may contain links or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
