This page explains how to request deletion of your NuVybz account and the personal data associated with it. You do not need to be logged in to submit a request.

Request deletion by email

How to Request Deletion

  1. Email nuworld2026@gmail.com from the address associated with your NuVybz account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
  2. Include your username and the email on your NuVybz account so we can verify ownership.
  3. We will verify your identity, process the deletion, and email you to confirm when it is complete.

If your NuVybz app version offers an in-app deletion option (Profile → Settings → Delete Account), you may also request deletion directly from within the app.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we permanently remove the personal data tied to your account, including:

We may retain a limited subset of data only where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, or accounting purposes, including:

Retained records are kept secure and are not used to re-create your account or profile. Payment details themselves are handled by our payment processors (e.g., Stripe, RevenueCat, Apple, Google) and are not stored in full by NuVybz.

Processing Time

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them. If a request requires additional verification, we will contact you at your account email.
